The Cisco EMEA Programme brings Cisco’s best-in-class networking products and technology to qualifying non-profit organisations. It is Cisco’s goal to empower communities through improved networking solutions and adoption of Internet Technology solutions. Cisco believes that technology enables non-profits to improve their productivity, while also extending their reach and service delivery.

How many Cisco products can I order?
An organization may receive no more than one donation of Cisco products per fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) with administrative fees totaling up to $1200 USD — up to a $15,000 USD retail value in all. What happens after I place my order?
Support will be provided via Cisco SMARTnet and will be free of charge for a period of five years from the date that the equipment is shipped. Cisco SMARTnet support includes access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will be given details of how to access support when you receive your order.
What is the returns policy for Cisco donations? If you want to return a Cisco product, email customerservice@techdonation.org.hk with "CISCO RETURN REQUEST" as the subject line and include the following:
