Description: 
This enterprise operations management license (OML) allows all of one server’s workloads to be managed by System Center Operations Manager, including server applications and other premium workloads.

A standard OML is sufficient for management of basic server operating system workloads by System Center Operations Manager. Each server requires either a standard or an enterprise OML, but not both.
