Registering Your Organisation

The TechDonation Programme offers donated technology products, from Microsoft to eligible organisations via the online shop.

Before you are able to place an order, you will need to register your organisation and HKCSS will need to confirm your organisation meets the required Eligibility Criteria.

The registration process is as follows:

  1. Register your organisation by clicking on the image on the right of the screen or on Register.

  2. Send us a copy of your organisation's Section 88 letter of tax exemption issued by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance.

    - Religious organisations and hospital related agencies need to have additional supporting documents:

    1. Copy subvention letter from Social Welfare Department
    2. Copy of audit report to Social Welfare Department

  3. Once we have received your documentation, we will confirm your organisation's eligibility status within ten working days of receipt.

  4. If your organisation does meet the required eligibility criteria for our Donor Partner, confirmation will be emailed to your organisation's registered email address and will contain your organisation's log in details.

  5. If your organisation does not meet the required eligibility criteria for our donor partner, notification will be emailed to your organisation's registered email address.
