Registering Your Organisation

The TechDonation Programme offers donated technology products, from Microsoft , Flickr and Cisco to eligible organisations via the online shop.

Before you are able to place an order, you will need to register your organisation and HKCSS will need to confirm your organisation meets the required Hong Kong Eligibility Criteria or Macau Eligibility Criteria.

The registration process is as follows:

1. Register your organisation by clicking on the image on the right of the screen or on Register.

2. For Hong Kong NGOs:

• Send us a copy of your organisation's Section 88 letter of tax exemption issued by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance.

• Religious organisations and hospital related agencies need to have additional supporting documents:

1. Copy subvention letter from Social Welfare Department

2. Copy of audit report to Social Welfare Department

• Send us a copy of your organisation's certificate for Associations registration issued from the Identification together with the leading cadre composition; and (http://bo.io.gov.mo/bo/i/99/31/codcivcn/codciv0101.asp)

• A copy of the successful application notification letter on subsidy request issued by the Social Welfare Bureau. For event base subvented organizations, only application notification letters with year in 2008 and beyond are accepted.

3. Once we have received your documentation, we will confirm your organisation's eligibility status within ten working days of receipt.
