Flickr Eligibility Criteria (Hong Kong)

Restrictions:

• Donated products will be distributed under this program to qualifying
  organizations only, which will then assign the accounts to individuals.
• One Flickr donation request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year (1 July
  to 30 June).
• This donation is available to charitable and non-profit organisations that are exempted from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Chapter 112, laws of Hong Kong SAR)
• Donation recipients must be 18 years of age or older.
• Recipient organizations must make sure that persons to whom they assign
  Flickr accounts do not post photos or videos of minors to the donated Flickr
  account unless they have obtained written permission from a parent or
  authorized guardian of the minor in question.
• Recipient organizations must make sure that persons to whom they assign
  Flickr accounts take reasonable precautions with respect to child safety,
  including disabling geolocation and geotagging for any photos or videos that
  include minors and prominently displaying and adhering to the terms of Yahoo!'s
  dedicated site regarding safe sharing practices online: http://safely.yahoo.com/.
• Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to
  Flickr for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this
  program.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on
  age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion,
  sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate
  in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do
  not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Donated products may not be transferred or resold.
